Full Returns Policy
Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. The return window begins on the day you (or an authorized recipient) receive your parcel.
Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety standards.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

- Include your full name, order number, and reason for return.
- Our support team will review your request and provide a return authorization and instructions.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original Luxeqa packaging (box, pouch, and all included materials).
- Returns must be shipped within 7 days after return approval.
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
- We reserve the right to decline returns that don’t meet these conditions.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- The product cost is refunded in full, excluding:

Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for UAE customers within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unworn and in original packaging.
- Earrings are excluded from exchange for hygiene reasons.
- For international orders, please return your item and place a new order for your preferred product.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll arrange a free return and either:
- Send a replacement, or
- Process a full refund (including any delivery costs).
Sale Items & Gifts
- Sale or promotional items are eligible for return unless clearly marked Final Sale.
- For gifts, the original purchaser may request a return, or we can issue a store credit to the recipient.
